The Seraphine came to Maison Azure as a refit project — a vessel with strong bones and an interior that had reached the end of its useful life. 

 

The brief was broad: reimagine the social spaces, introduce a material language that would feel current without dating quickly, and resolve several circulation issues that had made the original layout feel fragmented.

The salon and dining areas were reconfigured to improve flow and natural light. Materials throughout — upholstery, joinery, flooring — were selected for their performance in a marine environment as much as their aesthetic qualities. The result is an interior that reads as composed rather than assembled: a coherent environment rather than a collection of specified finishes. 

 

The Seraphine operates in Dubai and remains in active use.
